"I used to consistently come here because the service was great that was provided by Hope. I use to go to a competitor to save money because you guys are one of the only salon chains that doesn't offer a law enforcement discount, but I was always happy to pay extra for the exceptional service I received from Hope, but I'm not sure if she's still there. But this for fuse really about my last three experiences so let me get to the point. The first, about a month ago, I walked in, sat down,for exactly five minutes on the dot. In those 5 minutes I did not see or hear 1 employee or customer I felt like I was completely alone in the entire shop and once I hit the five minute mark I decided to leave. The second time was about 2 weeks ago and for some reason at 7 p.m. I couldn't sign in online to the waiting list so not wanting to sit there and not get spoken to again I decided to call not once but two times and nobody picked up the phone. The third time was tonight and once again for some reason at 7 p.m. I couldn't sign in online and I was done calling up there so I decided to just go in and get on the waiting list and there were a few people ahead of me. I'm aware that you guys close at 8 p.m. and when my time finally came up it was a few minutes after the 8 p.m. Mark and two different stylists both finished a client at the same time and I assume they want to get out of there too so I was getting ready to be called and they both want to sweep up their stations which I expected and then after they were done doing that they both started doing other things what they were doing I don't know it could have been something completely normal but for the almost hour I spent in that place nobody rated me or spoke to me and even when it was my turn and two girls were available to take me both of them just stared at me multiple times and then disappeared. I'm more irritated about the first and second time that I was about tonight but the truth is I am let down on a major level after getting such consistent phenomenal service from Hope to the way it has been lately. I don't know maybe my standards are too high to just one good customer service but to be even more honest with you before I got into my dream job of working in law enforcement I spent almost a decade and a half working as a hairstylist across the street from the shop. Cutting hair was never my dream job but I had a certain amount of pride in respect that I honored it with an that was what I always got from Hope but now it seems like things are just upside down there. When you're not even created at any point from when you enter the shop to waiting for an hour and they can't even let you know one of us that is up next will be with you momentarily before they disappear for minutes at a time between staring at you something is wrong and I figured it was best to let you know.
